Extra Curricular Activities

As well as a full curriculum, as outlined elsewhere in the handbook, we are very fortunate that the staff in St Mungo's Academy offer a wide range of extracurricular activities and clubs.

Taking part in one, or more, of these activities is something we would actively encourage for the following reasons:

• It increases the involvement of our young people in their school.
• It fosters a strong sense of identity between our young people and their school.
• It encourages a sense of citizenship.
• It promotes and enhances relationships based on mutual respect.
