In St. Mungo's Academy we believe that young people learn in an environment which offers well-judged praise, recognition of achievement and celebrates their success. In addition, we also believe that effective learning and teaching can only take place if a positive ethos and good discipline prevail.

Through this programme, monthly rewards are issued to young people who consistently demonstrate high standards of attendance, attitude and application. This enables our young people to achieve their academic, social and spiritual potential.
