Reports To Parents

Reports to parents are made twice yearly. At least one of these reports will be written.

The reports reflect the progress recorded during the previous term.

In addition the pupil's progress within the various elements of a subject will be given so that parents have as full a picture as possible of their child's progress.

Written reports remain the property of the parents and copies are retained in school.

Meetings of parents of each year group of pupils are arranged in school at least once per session to allow teachers to give a verbal report and allow an opportunity for parents to discuss their child's progress with his/her teachers.

In addition parents are encouraged to contact the school to discuss progress or any other matter concerning their child.

Interim progress reports are sent out by the Pastoral Care Staff during the course of the year
