Welcome to the Music Department Home Page
We aim to teach Music through lessons that are engaging and exciting for all learners while encouraging the development of their creativity, talent and confidence.
In addition to developing the skills necessary for learners to be successful in their exams we also create endless opportunities for learners to learn from the experiences and outcomes set out in the Curriculum for Excellence.
As part of the Performance Arts Faculty we also work closely with Drama and other departments in the school to make connections across learning and support learners in building the skills they will require to go onto positive and sustainable destinations.
Should you have any queries regarding the department or curriculum please do not hesitate in contacting us.
